Our photos are taken from real products. Minor colour differences due to device display are not quality issues. Contact us with photos if goods differ greatly.
**Returns & Exchanges**:
• Non-defective items: 30 days after receipt, unused & original packaging accepted.
• Defective items: Full free return & exchange with photos and order number.

**Warranty**: 180 days. For non-artificial faults within warranty, email service@gotesale.com with order number and proof materials for support.

After successful payment, send an email titled "Request Invoice" with your order number via your registered email to service@gotesale.com. We will send the invoice to your email within 24 hours.

**Order Notifications**

**Modify & Cancel Order**
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before shipment. We usually ship within 48 hours after payment. No changes will be accepted once the parcel is in transit.

**Shipping & Delivery Time**

**Late Delivery Solutions**
1. Track logistics via the tracking number in our shipping email.
2. Common issues:
a. Marked as delivered but not received: Check with family/neighbors, mailbox or other collection points, or contact the courier.
